GATOR BAND STATE SENDOFF! 

The Dickinson High School Gator Band is advancing to the UIL 6A State Marching Contest for the third consecutive year! 

 At the area contest this past Saturday, they earned a spot as one of only five bands chosen to represent in the state competition. We couldn't be more proud of their hard work and dedication!

Join us on Sunday, November 10, 2024, to celebrate and cheer them on as they head to San Antonio! Here’s how you can show your Gator pride:

 Date: Sunday, November 10, 2024

 Sendoff Performance: 2:30 p.m. at Sam Vitanza Stadium

 Depart DHS: 4:30 p.m. - Cheer them on as they head down FM 517 to I-45!

The state contest will take place on November 11-12 in San Antonio, with the preliminary round on Monday, where only the top bands will advance to finals on Tuesday. Let’s send them off with all the spirit of Gator Nation!
