Dickinson Independent School District is committed to the highest possible standards of ethical, moral and legal business conduct.  In line with this commitment, the District has established an anonymous reporting hotline.  The hotline is to be used to report serious concerns or questionable actions that:

• may lead to incorrect financial reporting
• are unlawful
• are not in line with Dickinson ISD policies and procedures
• otherwise amount to serious improper conduct

Use the Fraud Hotline to report confirmed or suspected:

• fraudulent acts (illegal use, theft) involving district funds or property
• misuse or waste of district funds or property
  
  

Please provide as much information as possible including:

• date and time of occurrence
• name(s) of parties involved
• where the incident occurred
• names and numbers of credible witnesses
• name and contact information of person reporting (optional)

Notice

All calls to the Dickinson ISD Fraud Hotline should be made in good faith to report fraud, waste or abuse rather than as a means for malicious allegations or to report general dissatisfaction with supervisors or job duties.

This is not a District complaint hotline. Personnel grievances (salaries, discrimination, etc.) shall be reported in accordance with Board Policy DGBA(Local).

The Fraud Hotline is NOT an emergency service or a substitute for communication between an employee and supervisor.  It should not be used to report emergencies.
