Dickinson ISD is reminding all athletics and fine arts families to log back into Rank One and complete the new UIL PAPF Eligibility electronic document required for the 2026-2027 school year.

The University Interscholastic League (UIL) introduced the mandatory form on July 1, 2026. Families who completed their Rank One paperwork before that date must return to their account and complete this additional document before their student can continue with the remaining electronic forms.

Students who are still completing their Rank One paperwork will automatically see the UIL PAPF Eligibility form first in their list of electronic documents.

How to complete the form

Parents and guardians can complete the required document in a few simple steps:

1. Log in to your Rank One account.
2. Select Student Forms.
3. Open the UIL PAPF Eligibility document.
4. Answer the required eligibility question and follow any additional prompts.
5. Review and acknowledge the UIL Certification Statement before submitting the form.

The UIL PAPF Eligibility form is required for all Dickinson ISD athletics and fine arts participants. Families are encouraged to complete the document as soon as possible to help ensure their student remains eligible for participation during the upcoming school year.
