Dickinson ISD is encouraging families to plan vacations, wellness visits, and other appointments around the district’s scheduled breaks for the 2026-2027 school year.

Using these dates helps support strong student attendance and keeps students present for important classroom instruction. Families are also encouraged to check with their child’s campus for state-mandated testing windows and other important campus dates.

The 2026-2027 Vacation Planner includes scheduled breaks for Labor Day, Fall Break, Thanksgiving, Winter Break, MLK Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, and Spring Break.
