The Dickinson ISD Board of Trustees has approved new pay rates for bus drivers and bus monitors for the 2026-2027 school year.

Bus drivers will now earn $24 per hour, while bus monitors will earn $14 per hour. Both positions are based on a 177-day work year with a minimum 7-hour work day.

Dickinson ISD is currently looking for dedicated individuals to join the Transportation team. Bus drivers and monitors play an important role in helping students get to and from school safely each day while supporting families across Gator Nation.
