During the June Board Meeting, the Dickinson ISD Board of Trustees approved a 3% compensation increase for all employees for the 2026-2027 school year.
This action reflects the Board’s continued commitment to supporting and investing in the employees who make a difference for students every day across Dickinson ISD.
The approved increase was made possible through strategic financial planning and the continued support of our community, allowing Dickinson ISD to balance responsible budgeting with investments in staff, students, and schools.
“We know our employees are the heart of Dickinson ISD,” said Superintendent Dr. Rebecca Brown. “This compensation increase reflects our appreciation for their dedication and the important role they play in the success of our students and district.”
Dickinson ISD extends its gratitude to the Board of Trustees for their leadership and commitment to investing in the people who serve Gator Nation. The district also thanks its employees for the dedication, care, and service they provide each day.
Together, Dickinson ISD continues to be a great place to learn, work, and grow.
