We are very proud to announce that Hughes Road Elementary Principal Kelly Jackson and Dunbar Middle School Principal Temeka Brown have been named DISD's 2020-2021 Principals of the year!
Elementary Principal of the Year, Mrs. Jackson joined the Dickinson ISD team in June 2015, and she has served the Hughes Road Elementary students, staff, and parents since she arrived.
Secondary Principal of the Year, Mrs. Brown joined Dickinson ISD in July 2018 as an assistant principal at Kranz Junior High, and she was selected as DMS Principal in 2019.
The DISD Principals of the Year were selected by the 45-member District Administrative Team. Their names will be submitted to Region 4 for additional recognition. Please join us in celebrating these amazing principals!
