Deanna Williams

Technology Integration Specialist (Grades 6 - 12)

  • The old adage is true, “Once a Gator, always a Gator.” I graduated from DHS and have 2 children that are also DHS graduates (? 2020 and 2022). I was blessed to be a stay-at-home mom until my son started 1st grade. I started my teaching career with DISD in 2010 as an art teacher at CRES. After 4 years in the classroom, I decided to work on my LIS certification and upon completion became the librarian at BMS for 2 years. From there I held a lead librarian position for 6 years, and the last year I was there I was also a campus technology liaison. I have always had an affinity for technology and enjoyed my role assisting teachers on the DHS campus. I am excited to serve and support middle school and junior high teachers as a Technology Integration Specialist. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, swimming, brunch with girlfriends, and snuggling with my 2 pups.

  • I am a 1986 graduate of Dickinson High School. I have been in the Technology department at DISD for 21 years. I've been in IT for over 25 years. I'm a proud member of a blended family of 4 grown adults, 2 kids and 2 step kids. My favorite thing to do outside of work is camping with my wife. I love all kinds of music. I'm a huge fan of Drum and Bugle Corps. I love living in the country with all kinds of animals around me. I recently decided to return to school to further my education in something totally new to me. I'll be finished in a couple of months. My favorite thing about working for DISD is the people. Gator Pride Never Dies!

Chad Castille
Network Specialist
  • I am starting year 10 in public education and year 4 in DISD! I am married to a former Gator and teacher and we have a dog. Outside of work, I enjoy competitive shooting, golf, fishing, and yard work. I learned way to much about yard work and gardening during our lockdowns! My time in education has been some of the most rewarding in my professional career. I started out as a PC technician for Clear Creek ISD and migrated to a more leadership role as a District Tech with the district which oversaw a School Community, 1 of the 5 main campuses and all its feeder schools, providing tier 2 support for campus techs and handling A/V events, and sporting events. I had the opportunity to join DISD as the Network Support Specialist, and can say that I was challenged to learn new skills, and technologies by my mentors and leaders. As I said, education has been the most rewarding part of my professional career, and knowing that I get to support our students, staff, and department, keeps things interesting and fun! Technology wasn't my first choice in career, but I am proud to say that I love what I do and glad I found my way to be a Gator with its awesome technology department, staff, students, and community.

Infrastructure & Security Team

Jonathan Hysquierdo
Infrastructure Manager

  • This is my 10th year working for DISD. They say, “when
you do what you love, you will never work a day in your life.” That saying has
held true for me since becoming a Gator. I provide support for the physical
security and access control systems in district. Having held the previous titles
of PC Support Specialist and Network Specialist, I also assist in other areas.

When not at work, I enjoy spending time outdoors. Going camping is one of my favorite things to do. Back at work, supporting staff and
students to help them reach the end goal of graduation is truly rewarding.

I am proud to call myself a Dickinson Gator and thankful for the opportunity to work for this amazing district for many years to come! I am married with two wonderful children. My passion outside of technology support is spending time with my family and raising my kids. I consider myself very fortunate to come to work every day and support this great district!
