Dickinson ISD offers a robust Career and Technical Education (CTE) program designed to prepare students for college, careers, and life. With 11 distinct programs of study and corresponding certifications, our CTE pathways provide students with opportunities to explore their interests, gain real-world skills, and earn industry-recognized credentials.

From hands-on learning experiences to leadership opportunities and community service, CTE empowers students to succeed in today’s competitive world.

Mission: All Dickinson ISD Career & Technical Education (CTE) students will graduate with Industry-Based Certifications (IBCs), licenses, and post-secondary certificates so they are positioned to successfully complete in the global workforce.

Vision: To provide Dickinson ISD Career & Technical Education (CTE) students with the college & career readiness skills and business and industry credentials needed for a successful transition to post-secondary education, career and / or the military.
