McAdams Junior High Librarian, Ms. Tippit, is transforming the library experience with a new digital signage display right outside the library doors! The display helps students, staff, and visitors stay connected with library events, new book arrivals, reading recommendations, and even student work.

Students at Calder Road Elementary are moving, playing, and thriving with some fun new P.E. equipment! This was made possible through a standard grant written by Coach Hinojosa.

The Motion Commotion: A Motor Lab for Growing Minds

At Hughes Road Elementary, the motor lab gives students a safe, structured space to move, reset, and prepare their minds and bodies for learning. With expanded equipment and tools, the lab will better support motor development, emotional regulation, and student engagement across campus. At Dickinson Junior High School, Principles of Human Services students are getting hands on experience learning to sew thanks to a grant that provided new sewing machines for the classroom! Students are creating rice and lavender heating pads while learning valuable skills like threading needles, guiding fabric, and sewing strong stitches.
