Peachjar & Dickinson ISD

PARENTS:

Dickinson ISD desires to promote positive relationships between schools and the community to enhance community support and involvement in school districts. To help with this, the district is partnering with Peachjar, a digital flyer management solution, to deliver important school and community resources electronically to parents. This will reduce the amount of paper flyers at the campuses and also help with communicating information with many students participating in remote instruction.

Once the program launches later this fall, parents with an email address on file will receive regular Peachjar emails with flyers from the school district as well as community partners.

COMMUNITY PARTNERS:

We are excited to offer this new Peachjar service to our community partners starting in October 2020. Parents will receive flyers as actionable images in their inbox and can click to immediately take action. Additionally, all approved flyers will be posted to the school district’s web flyerboard.

Paper flyers from outside organizations will no longer be distributed at the campuses as we implement this new service.

Distributing your flyer through Peachjar is easy! Upon launch, you can register at www.peachjar.com as a program provider and select the school(s) for distribution. Include call-to-action buttons like “Register Now” or “Learn More.” At checkout, Peachjar will charge a small fee to submit your PDF flyer. Once your flyer is approved by the district, it will be emailed to parents and posted to each school’s website. Parents can view your flyer on the go, share on social media or send it to a friend – you can even view metrics to see how your flyer is performing.
