New Administrators include new Deputy Superintendent, DHS and McAdams Assistant Principals

The Dickinson ISD Board of Trustees recently approved the hiring of three district administrators, including the Deputy Superintendent for Educational Services, and four campus level administrators.

 

The full list of new hires include: 

 

  • Dr. Jeff Pack, Deputy Superintendent for Educational Services
  • Dr. Debby Noffsinger, Director of Assessment, Accountability, and Compliance
  • Jacquelyn Kennedy, Coordinator of Curriculum and Instruction
  • Tara Shetler, Dickinson High School Assistant Principal
  • Sarah Evans, McAdams Junior High School Dean of Instruction
  • Qwinyette Cormier, McAdams Junior High School Assistant Principal
  • Jillian Callaway, Dunbar Middle School Special Programs Facilitator

 

District Administrative Changes

 

New Deputy Superintendent for Educational Services, Dr. Jeff Pack, has been with Dickinson ISD for the past 12 years.

 

He started as an Associate Principal at McAdams Junior High and Principal at McAdams Junior High, before moving into district administrative roles of Director of Assessment, Accountability and Compliance and most recently, Executive Director of Data Quality, Compliance and Accountability. 

 

In his new role as Deputy Superintendent for Educational Services, Dr. Pack will oversee the district’s curriculum areas, special programs, fine arts and PEIMS. 

 

Other district administrative changes include the promotions of Dr. Debby Noffsinger to Director of Assessment, Accountability and Compliance and Jacquelyn Kennedy to Coordinator of Curriculum and Instruction. 

 

Dr. Noffsinger has a 32-year career in education, including the past eight years in Dickinson ISD as an Elementary Math Curriculum Specialist and Coordinator of Assessment. 

 

Kennedy began her career in education eight years ago in Pasadena ISD. She joined Dickinson ISD two years ago as an Elementary Math Curriculum Specialist.

 

New Campus Administrators for Dickinson High, McAdams & Dunbar

The Board of Trustees also approved the hiring of Tara Shetler as an Assistant Principal of Dickinson High School, Qwinyette Cormier as Assistant Principal at McAdams Junior High, Sarah Evans as the Dean of Instruction at McAdams Junior High and Jillian Callaway as a Special Programs Facilitator at Dunbar Middle School.

 

Shetler has 16 years of education experience. Her first seven years were spent working in Louisiana before moving to Dickinson ISD to serve as a teacher, Social Studies Department Chair at Dickinson High School, Social Studies Academic Coach at Kranz Junior High and Testing Coordinator at Dickinson High School. 

 

Cormier just finished her 10th year in education, including the past two years as a Dickinson ISD Curriculum Specialist.

 

Callaway just celebrated 10 years in education, all in Dickinson ISD, where she has served as a paraprofessional and teacher at Barber Middle School and an Instructional Coach at Kranz Junior High.
